Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bdg9:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Bdg9 may place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation if any suspicious transaction is detected.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment account is prohibited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; specific wagering requirements must be met first.

Betting Rules & Restrictions

• Any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If match-fixing, manipulation, or any form of dishonest advantage is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Any decision made during live betting due to network delays is final at bdg9's discretion.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by bdg9 and is subject to change.
